TBC offers training, coaching and mentorship services to Non Profit Organisations. Our programmes are aimed at supporting social enterprises beneficiaries with skills that allows them to grow their own business whilst they improve their own communities. We also support organisations with:

Social Entrepreneurship Projects
1. Eco brick Project
In line with its focus in building a Green Economy, TBC is involved in construction using Eco bricks and provision and installation of solar products. We were involved in the construction of a classroom at Khensani’s Collection using Eco bricks and installed solar panels.
The project was part of entrepreneurship, where students had to come up with a project that focused on saving the environment from plastic pollution and use plastics bottles to build a classroom.

2. Khensani’s Collection
TBC is involved in the running of Khensani’s Collection NPC which was established to give hope to children from disadvantaged communities with education. Due to Covid -19 lesson are offered online using the Grow Application and supported by online Tutors via zoom. Face to face is offered to small groups focusing on the lower grades.

3. The Clothing Bank NGO & Fix Forward
TBC is involved in training of women and men start up entrepreneurs at The Clothing bank. We run the following programmes:
- Facilitation of Financial, Business and Life Skills
- Life Skills coaching
- Business Mentorship
